| Here you will find points that I've had around for some time, have slight flaws, or are otherwise not up to my standards for one reason or another. Rather than throw them away (which is way too wasteful) I offer them here. There are no broken or glued points unless noted. There are some great deals here, so they may not be around long. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
P05-06 This is a field grade Archaic Point made out of Flint Ridge. It's 3 inches long, and a hair under 2 inches wide at the barbs. This point has a slight bevel to it and dips in the middle slightly. Despite all it's short falls, it is made out of Flint Ridge and has a nice quartz vein running through the right side. It's the biggest bargain I'm offering here!!! Sold on ebay for $16.49 SOLD

P06-01 This is a nice Dalton drill. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this piece. It's made from pure white Mook Jasper from Australia. The right basal section has a small line of yellow running through it. It's 2 3/4 inches long with basal grinding like the originals. Sold on e-bay for $15.00

P05-05 This is a Pine Tree Point varient. It does have a bit of a story though. Another knapper at the Letchworth Knap-in was working on this and threw it down in disgust before he left on the last day. I took it home to see if I could work through that fossil flaw toward the base. Well, I did and came up with this point. It's a bit thick and has a dip on the other side that was left by the other knapper. It's got character at 3 1/4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. Sold on e-bay for $3.25 SOLD

P04-02 Here is a nice Perkiomen point made from Onondaga Chert. It was the first Perkiomen I made. The reason it's on this page is that the flake scar pattern isn't all that great. Otherwise, it's a nice point and a good representation of the point type. $10.00 Sold

P05-03 No, I didn't forget how to knap when I made this point. I set out to make a very good Lamoka replica. Lamoka points were made with all percussion despite being small. This one was knapped to replicate this ancient process. It's made out of Onondaga Chert and is 2 1/2 inches long. I rubbed some dirt on it so that it would make a good replica. $8.00
