| P08-1 Mid-Back Tang Kife | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| MacCorkle points are the largest of the Ohio bifurcates & were some of the earliest Archaic types found in the central states. This beauty is made out of Coshocton Chert from Ohio & has that beautiful white mottling throughout it. At 2 1/2 inches long & 1 1/4 inches across the barbs, it's a true authentic length. The serrations on the blade are razor sharp, and the base has moderate grinding like the originals. $19.00 |

| Here's a nice little beauty. Authentic Texas tanged knives are hard to come by, but here's your chance to own a nice reproduction one. It's made out of Edwards Plateau Chert, is 2 inches long, & is 1 1/2 inches from the tang to the blade. A false patina has been applied to give it the right look. $14.00 |

| P08-4 Scottsbluff | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lake Erie Bifurcates are a rare type of the Ohio bifurcate family of points. They are rare because their shoulders are flattened by the removal of burin-like flakes. They are a sub-type of the LeCroy point. This replica is made out of Coshocton Chert that has a small "lightening bolt" at the tip. It's 2 inches long & 1 1/4 inches across the burrinated shoulders. This is a classic replica with the burrins & serrations. Basal grinding present. $15.00 |

| Scottsbluff points are an early Archaic point that are mostly found on the high plains. This one is made from expensive & hard to get Knife River Flint. It's a hair over 2 1/2 inches long & a hair over 1 inch at it's widest point. This point has traslucent properties when held to the light and represents the average size of the old ones. This one also has heavy basal grinding as it should. $21.00 |

| P08-6 Scottsbluff | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Agate Basin points were early archaic points that had quite a wide distribution from the midwest westward. This point is made from a grainy Burlington chert. It's 3 1/2 inches long & 1 1/4 inches at it's widest point. I made this one completely to the specs of th old ones. The picture doesn't show the perfect parallel flaking pattern very well because the point is white. It's got heavy basal grinding 1/3 of the way up from the base. A true beauty. $28.00 |
Here's a rare & beautiful Scottsbluff made from expensive & hard to get Hixton Scilified Sandstone. Hixton comes from Wisconsin at the Silver Mound site. It was a favorite of the Paleo people right on through the Woodland peoples. This one is a hair over 2 3/4 inches long & 1 1/4 inches across the barbs. The base has been heavily ground just like the originals were. Don't miss out on this one. $21.00 |
